Qualifications: i) 15 years standing in the profession. ii) Extensive practical and administrative experience in the field of Medical Oncology, surgical oncology, Radiological Oncology (or) Research in Oncology and adequate experience of running and important scientific education institution either as its head (or) head of a department.
