Educational Requirements: Graduate with P.G. Management degree/diploma in Human Resource/Labour Welfare/Personnel Management/Industrial Relations/Public Administration. The incumbent will have to look after all the H.R. related matters, staff welfare problems and handle staff grievances at TMC.
Experience Requirements: he candidate should be able to draft procedures related to HR, execute disciplinary cases, conduct domestic inquiries and deal with litigation matters. Minimum 8 years experience in responsible capacity in personnel and H.R. Must be able to run computerized systems i.e. Personnel Information System transactions, Pay Roll Systems, Time Keeping etc. in a large organization.

Educational Requirements:M.Sc / B.A.M.S. / B.H.M.S.
Experience Requirements:3 years experience in Clinical Research
