Educational Requirements: (i) Doctoral degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering/Information Communication Technology/Electronics and Telecommunications. OR An eminent Scientist having proven record of Scientific contribution working in a reputed Organization/Institute having at least 15 years’ experience in the relevant subject. (iii) Evidence of publication/activities/contribution to suggest that the candidate has a broad vision/perspective on agricultural research.
Qualifications: Experience in implementing Information & Communications Technology solutions in agricultural research/education/extension management.
